Prices and specifications in this catalog are subject to change. The prices in this catalog supersede all prior Hat Flags catalogs. All photos in this catalog are for illustration only. They do not imply any endorsement nor are items with these specific logos for sale to anyone, other than parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs. We are not responsible for any typographical errors in the catalog. Please contact customer service department with any questions.
Orders may be placed via fax, mail, or email (pdf or tif attachment). No verbal PO's will be accepted. Any changes to original purchase order must be faxed or emailed. Any cancellations must be faxed or emailed and may result in a cancellation fee, depending on production status. Email address is info@hatflags.com.
Terms are net 10 days from invoice date with credit approval prior to order. Initial orders will require prepayment. Payment may be made by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. A monthly service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) will be assessed to all accounts 30 days past invoice date. In the event account is placed for collection, customer will be responsible for all attorney fees and court costs.
Normal production time is 1-2 weeks after proof approval for digital and 3-4 weeks after proof approval for flexographic. For rush deliveries we encourage you to call us. We will try to assist in any way we can. Hat Flags are manufactured and printed at once, entirely in the USA.
Random samples are available for presentations. There is no charge for samples - we even pay postage by first class mail.
Minimum quantities are as shown in the price tables. For quantities between the standard quantities shown in our catalog, we will charge the unit rate for the next lower quantity. Less than minimum is available for a charge of 50.00 (V). Contact us for combination orders with changes in imprint. Quantities produced on custom orders are subject to up to 10% underrun or overrun. Billing will be at the original unit price for actual quantity produced.
For quantities under 2500, printings is digital offset; for quantities 2500 and up, printing is flexographic using spot colors (or process color if necessary). Standard spot colors available are Process Blue, Reflex Blue, Rhodamine Red, Rubine Red, Warm Red, 012, 021, 032, 072, 102, 109, 144, 151, 165, 172, 185, 199, 206, 213, 219, 226, 232, 246, 252, 266, 273, 279, 286, 293, 300, 306, 313, 320, 327, 347, 354, 355, 368, 485, 513, 527, 1375, 2645, 2665, 2735, and 3272. PMS matches are available at $30 (X).
Preferred program: Adobe Illustrator version CS3 eps. Acceptable programs (Mac or PC): Adobe Illustrator version 10 or lower, Macromedia Freehand version 9 or lower, Corel Draw version 10 or lower (save as or export as Illustrator eps format). Unacceptable formats: tiff, bmp, jpg, gif, Word, Publisher, or PowerPoint files and any raster (pixel) image of low resolution. Fonts should be converted to outlines. If this is not possible, submit screen and printer fonts used in file. All colors should be assigned as spot Pantone (PMS) colors, unless the job is 4-color process, in which case all colors should be defined as CMYK. Art may be sent on CD, 100 MB Zip disk, CD, diskette, or via email to art@hatflags.com. Please include company name and PO# in subject, and contact name and phone number in the body. Fax a copy of the art along with your purchase order.
A color proof will be submitted via email in Adobe Acrobat format at no charge. For a color paper proof, the charge is $25 (V).
Any return of stock items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus a $20 (X) handling charge. Custom items may not be returned. Written authorization and prepaid return freight required or no credit will be issued.
Through a contract arrangement, production by union personnel is available on request. Contact us for pricing.
